- Return Shipping: Free return shipping for US customers. International customers pay return shipping
- Refunds: Processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Exchanges: Same value or higher. Additional payment required for upgrades
- Damaged Items: Contact us immediately for damaged or defective items
- Custom Orders: Final sale, no returns on custom or personalized items
